Résumé

I produce chocolates and patisserie from my home based in Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells.  I spent many of my childhood summers staying with my French godparents in a small village in South West France.  My godmother was an excellent cook, particularly with pastry & desserts, and I was lucky enough to be taught by her.  She has been a considerable influence on me and my Company is therefore named after Madame Lingaud.  I have since become a qualified chef and also trained in Michelin starred restaurants.

 I would love to tempt you with the following:

Truffles (flavours include the classics, seasonal fruit when available, as well as more adventurous flavours – see my products page),

Chocolate bars of differing sizes (again classic flavours but also chilli, raspberry & cocoa nib & more – see my products page).

French patisserie, such as palmiers, macaroons, éclairs, tarts & cakes etc, made to order.  

 I try to ensure that my ingredients are locally sourced where possible or at least UK produced with ingredients such as butter and sugar.
